Alright, Katie is out of her angiogram. So, for the good news.
The angiogram did not reveal anything wrong. This is good, if they had found anything that would have meant that there were some significant other issues.
The bad news, they didn't find anything wrong. This means they have no idea why this happened. It is possible that this can just happen, especially considering she has a history. The other bad news is that because they don't know what's going on, they are wanting to keep her here for a couple of days for observation. They will probably do a couple more MRI's tonight to just make sure they cover all bases and angles.
Katie is resting comfortably and is in good spirits. So, I will probably head home before too long to be with the kids, and Sue (Katie's mom) will probably stay here. IA City is about 1 1/2 hours from our home.

thanks for the update dave. we will be praying this week.
Davey, I hope you got home ok, as the driving has been quite hazardous today with whiteout conditions where the road is unprotected by trees etc.
We are bearing you all up before the throne!
Glad to hear that Katie is resting comfortably and that the angiogram didn't find anything wrong. You're in my prayers. Robin at Coldwell Banker.
