URGENT PRAYER

This afternoon we got Katie up to do a little walking and we noticed her right leg was a little swollen. The nurse immediately ordered an ultrasound to see if there are any clots in the leg. Katie has numerous clots all up and down her leg. Usually they give patients like Katie a blood thinner to keep this from happening, but because of the brain bleed this is really not an option. So, a vascular team is being called to decide what the next step is. This is a critical situation so please pray. Also, no fear!! If God can handle a brain bleed He can handle a clot or two, or twenty.

Father God, You Who knit Katie together, we now ask You to dissolve these blood clots. We ask You in the powerful name of Jesus to continue to work miracles, to continue to heal and restore. We praise You that You are able. More than able. Hear Your children, God and heal Katie. In Jesus name we ask this, Amen

We are continuing to pray for Katie and will focus more prayers on the clot issue as well since reading of this tonight. Davey, the Lord is mindful of everything you need while you are going through this and has an endless supply for you. Katie, being His child too, has not yet and never will go without His complete love, care and attention. Your testimony is remarkable through this unusual life event and it is an enormous encourgement and example to us. We are praying for the kids too!
